CST Model SF Fine Screens provide simple, reliable, and cost-effective fine screening for municipal and industrial wastewater applications. Engineered and manufactured in Australia to AUS-NZ standards, the system combines robust stainless steel construction with efficient screenings removal, washing, and compaction to protect downstream processes and reduce operating costs.
Designed for concrete channels or piped systems with optional stainless steel tank enclosures, the Model SF effectively removes non-biodegradable solids and debris. Its shaftless screw design, lack of intermediate bearings, and low-speed intermittent operation minimise maintenance requirements while ensuring reliable performance, even with long, fibrous materials.
The Model SF can be integrated into packaged inlet works and paired with the Smith & Loveless PISTA® Grit Removal System for a complete preliminary treatment solution.
